Job Summary

You will develop innovative recipes for new food offerings and lead the Central Kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality products. You will ensure operational excellence in a demanding environment and support quality assurance across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

Create and test new food recipes to expand the café’s menu and meet customer preferences

Manage and coordinate Central Kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production and uphold quality standards

Operate effectively in a physically demanding environment, maintaining productivity during long working hours and in high-temperature conditions

Perform cleaning and washing of plates and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene and operational readiness

Conduct regular visits to café outlets to monitor and ensure consistent food product quality and adherence to standards
