Core Responsibilities

Shift Operations & Service Quality

• Supervises floor service during peak and Coaches and trains new and existing team members on service sequences, menu details, and company values.
• Creates staff schedules based on forecasted customer volume, special events, and labor cost budgets.
• Monitors performance and assists with appraisals, feedback, and disciplinary actions.

Inventory & Administrative Control

• Manages stock levels by conducting daily or weekly inventory counts for food, beverages, and operating supplies.
• Places requisitions and orders with vendors while checking deliveries for freshness and accuracy.ow hours to ensure smooth workflows and timely order delivery from the kitchen to tables.
• Conducts pre-shift briefings on grooming, attendance, daily specials, and service targets.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly regarding food quality, billing accuracy, or service delays.
• Steps in hands-on to assist with seating, serving, or expediting during high-volume rushes.

Staff Management & Training
