F&B Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff.
• Monitor customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
• Monitor stock, inventory, wastage, and daily operational requirements.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Prepare opening and closing duties and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
