F&B SUPERVISOR

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant / F&B outlet.

Ensure smooth and efficient service operations and maintain good customer service standards.

Lead, supervise, and assign duties to service crew and kitchen support staff.

Train and guide employees on service procedures, food handling, hygiene, and workplace practices.

Monitor staff attendance, work performance, grooming, and compliance with company policies.

Ensure food and beverage products are prepared and served according to company standards.

Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and service standards.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving of food, beverages, and operating supplies.

Assist in stocktaking and monitor wastage and product usage.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping of the outlet and work areas.

Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure timely preparation and service of orders.

Assist in opening and closing operations, including cash handling and daily operational checks where required.

Prepare daily operational reports and assist management with administrative duties.

Support management in improving operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the management.
