F&B Supervisor (Cigar Lounge & Bar) – Job Summary

Trinidad Suites Johor is looking for a service-oriented and responsible individual to support the daily operations of our Cigar Lounge & Bar. Candidates with solid F&B knowledge and a passion for delivering good guest experiences are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Recommend food and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Support beverage and bar operations, including wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Promote and upsell outlet products to achieve sales targets.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily closing procedures.
• Monitor stock and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Support and guide the F&B team to maintain good service standards.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills when handling operational or guest-related matters.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of F&B experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or lounge.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations and beverage service.
• Cigar knowledge is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in handling guest enquiries and complaints.
• Sales-oriented with good upselling skills.
• Well-groomed, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
