F&B SUPERVISOR

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations
• Ensure excellent food and beverage service in accordance with SOPs
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and operational costs
• Support the F&B Manager in achieving service standards and operational targets

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international guests and team members
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent guest service skills with a positive and professional attitude
• Team-oriented and passionate about hospitality
