Key responsibilities
- Manage daily F&B operations & staff allocation
- Conduct staff briefings, training & performance monitoring
- Prepare and manage staff schedules
- Ensure SOP, hygiene & service standards are followed
- Monitor inventory, billing & operational matters
- Handle customer issues professionally
- Support and lead the team during peak hours
About you
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience as an F&B Supervisor
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented & able to delegate tasks effectively
- Able to ensure instructions from management are properly carried out by the team
- Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
