Salary: $3,200 to $3,500/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Overall Job Objectives:

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant by supervising daily Front of House activities, maintaining service standards, supporting the F&B team, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

The role works closely with the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to coordinate service, manage operational issues, and maintain the restaurant's quality, hygiene, and service standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Front of House operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor service quality, guest experience, table turnover, and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Lead and guide service staff during daily operations and peak periods.
• Assign daily duties and support manpower deployment according to operational needs.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to improve service performance.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food service.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures and daily operational checks.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory levels and report replenishment or maintenance needs.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, events, and menu launches.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
• Perform other operational duties as required to support the restaurant's business needs.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Experience in Korean cuisine or other Asian restaurant concepts is an advantage.
• Experience in fast-paced casual dining or high-volume restaurants is beneficial.
• Good understanding of Front of House operations and customer service standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and restaurant operating procedures is preferred.
• Willingness to work according to the restaurant's operating schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.
