F&B Supervisor
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily food and beverage service operations and ensure smooth workflow across all workstations.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate daily sales targets, operational updates, and priorities to staff.
• Ensure that all staff maintain proper grooming standards and follow company policies, brand standards, and service procedures.
• Review, verify, and sign the hard copies of the cash handover book, logbook, and accounts log.
• Check banking and petty cash-related documents and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor daily sales performance and support the Duty Manager in achieving store targets.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and obtain approval from the Duty Manager.
• Order food items as per the prescribed par levels and monitor paper, packaging, and other operational stock.
• Conduct daily physical inventory checks and reconcile stock against system sales.
• Monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and check the expiry dates of food items.
• Ensure food quality and temperature checks are carried out throughout the day in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of all workstations and operational areas.
• Conduct regular checks of all stores during the assigned shift to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Interact with guests, collect feedback, and take appropriate action to improve product and service quality.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly, informing the Duty Manager of any significant issues.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the concerned Heads of Departments (HODs).
• Assist the Duty Manager with monthly inventory and stock verification.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient operations and a consistent guest experience.
• Process bills and handle payments, where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage service industry.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, cash handling, and daily sales monitoring.
• Knowledge of FIFO, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to prepare staff rosters, conduct team briefings, and monitor staff performance.
• Positive attitude, professional grooming, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
