Het Groene Paleis is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Floor Supervisor who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

From busy restaurant shifts to exciting banqueting events, you'll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly while creating a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate the floor team during daily service.
• Oversee restaurant operations, reservations, and table arrangements.
• Independently coordinate banqueting events, including team assignments, setups, and guest communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for event organizers during service.
• Maintain high service standards and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Support staff training and onboarding.
• Manage opening and closing procedures independently.
• Assist with service, bar operations, and cash handling when needed.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to solve operational challenges and improve team performance.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience or solid hospitality experience with leadership potential.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
• Sociale Hygiëne and BHV certificates required.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• POS experience is a plus, but training is provided.

• €1,800–€2,400 gross per month, depending on contracted hours.
