F&B Supervisor

This position supervises the day-to-day operations of F&B outlet. The goal is to provide an memorable guest experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Provide excellent guest services by assisting and supporting employees in:

● Welcoming guests

● Answer inquiries additional information upon request

● Take and serve food/drinks orders

●Maintain restaurant cleanliness.

● Monitor food offerings for quality, quantity, appearance.

● Deliver checks and collect payments

● Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth teamwork between serving and kitchen staff

● Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Requirements

● Minimum one (1) year of customer serving experience

● Ability to develop positive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests

● Problem solving and decision making skills

● Service orientation and excellent organizational skills

● Hands on experience with any point of sale system

● Active listening and effective communication competencies

● High school diploma; food safety training will be considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 per hour
