F&B Supervisor - Mandarin Speaking

The F&B Supervisor will support the daily operation of the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth operations, and compliance with hotel standards. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with Mandarin-speaking guests and capable of leading and developing the F&B service team.

Resposibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate F&B Attendants and other team members.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guests , colleagues, and business partners.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper set-up and preparation of outlets before and during service.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with staff training, briefing, and performance development.
• Monitor food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
• Support inventory control, equipment handling, and proper use of operating supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and F&B procedures.
• Assist the F&B Management team with promotions, events, and other operational activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B service experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience is preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin speaking and communication skills are required.
• Good command of English; Khmer is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong team player with good leadership and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
