F&B Team Leader

As a Front of House (FOH) Team Leader at Buffalo Wings & Rings Dubai, you will support the Restaurant Management Team in delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the FOH team during daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing shifts.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, attentive, and efficient service at all times.
• Supervise team members and allocate duties effectively according to business needs.
• Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Support the team in maintaining Buffalo Wings & Rings service standards and company procedures.
• Coach, train, and motivate FOH team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Monitor table turnover, order accuracy, service times, and overall restaurant flow.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to restaurant manager when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company standards.
• Monitor stock levels of FOH supplies and report shortages or operational issues to management.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures, and end-of-shift reconciliation when required.
• Support onboarding and training of new FOH team members.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented working environment.
• Assist management with achieving sales, service, and operational targets.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management team.
