F&B Team Member

The newly renovated Hilton Anchorage is seeking a talented, experienced Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team! Depending on your interests and experience, you may choose to pursue a role as a Server, Bartender, or Busser your preferred position can be discussed with our Food & Beverage Director during the interview.

Bring your creativity and passion for exceptional service to help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll join a fresh, modern property and a talented team committed to delivering excellence.

Here are the positions we’re currently looking to fill:

Bartender:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Verify guests’ ages when required and follow responsible alcohol-service laws and policies.
• Keep the bar, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with servers and other team members to ensure timely service.

Server:

• Welcome guests, explain menu items and specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Answer questions about ingredients and communicate dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
• Process guest checks accurately and follow hotel service standards.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and support staff.

Busser:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to hotel standards.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, refills, and guest requests.
• Keep dining areas, stations, and service pathways clean and orderly.
• Restock tableware, linens, and other supplies as needed.
• Handle dishes and equipment safely and follow sanitation procedures.
• Support the team during busy periods and help create a welcoming guest experience.

Schedule Options:

• Seeking for Part-time/ Full-time.
• Flexible shifts: including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Day/Evening shifts available.
• Rotating weekends and weekend availability as needed.
