F&B Trainer – Job Description

Position: Food & Beverage (F&B) Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced F&B Trainer to train candidates/staff in food and beverage service, hospitality operations, customer service, and workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in F&B operations.
• Train candidates in restaurant, hotel, café and banquet service.
• Cover food service techniques, table setting, order taking and guest handling.
• Train on hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices.
• Develop training material, activities and assessments.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and role plays.
• Monitor learner performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain attendance, assessment and training records.
• Coordinate with the placement/operations team for industry exposure and placement readiness.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of F&B service and hospitality operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Practical training/teaching ability.
• Knowledge of customer service and food safety.
• Ability to handle classroom as well as practical sessions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
