We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will provide attentive service and help create a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Answer questions about menu items and inform the kitchen of dietary requirements or allergies.
• Prepare tables, service stations, and dining areas before each shift.
• Assist with breakfast buffet operations, including replenishing items and clearing tables.
• Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all dining and service areas.
• Handle guest requests and report complaints to the supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow hotel grooming, food safety, and service standards.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, polite, and attentive to guests’ needs.
• Able to work effectively in a team and a busy environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
