F&B Waitstaff

The F&B Waitstaff (Server) is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service to guests, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system promptly.
• Service Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks in a timely, professional manner following establishment standards.
• Table Maintenance: Clear tables between courses, remove used tableware, and re-set tables for incoming guests.
• Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, dietary requirements, and minor complaints with professionalism; escalate complex issues to management.
• Operations & Compliance: Assist with side work (restocking cutlery, preparing service stations, opening/closing tasks) and adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a casual or fine-dining restaurant setting

Physical Appearance: Minimum height: 5'6" (Male) / 5'4" (Female)

Education: Must be college graduate.

Skills: Strong verbal communication, multi-tasking, active listening, basic math, and POS system operation

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift trays weighing up to 15–20 kg, and work flexible shifts (weekends/holidays)

Pay: Php14,300.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
