What they need
- Create and build a quality and handling manual for all SKUs based on science.
- Develop and oversee training programs to educate and improve skills of hub teams.
- Check and monitor adherence to the quality play book
- Identify source of quality issues and find solutions.
- Get nutrition and residue tests from TUV, Eurofins or similar agencies to build better understanding of product and have checks and balances.
- Communicate with company farms, farming partners and vendors on quality gaps and plan on achieving desired quality.
