FAPI L1/L2 UE Simulator Developer

We are looking for an experienced FAPI (Functional Application Platform Interface) L1/L2 UE Simulator Developer with 8+ years of experience in wireless communication technologies and UE simulator development.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 4G/5G wireless technologies, 5G NR architecture, LTE architecture, PHY Layer (L1), MAC Layer (L2), FAPI interfaces, C++, and Linux.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain L1/L2 UE simulator components for 4G/5G wireless systems.
• Work with FAPI interfaces and understand PHY-MAC communication.
• Develop and debug software using C++ on Linux platforms.
• Work closely with PHY and MAC layer components.
• Implement and troubleshoot FAPI-based communication interfaces.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to UE simulation and wireless protocol stacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in 4G/5G protocol and modem development.
• Support integration, testing, debugging, and performance optimization of UE simulator solutions.

• Strong understanding of SCF FAPI specifications

Required Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in wireless communication / modem / protocol development
• Experience with L1/L2 UE simulator development and FAPI interfaces
