What they need
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of farm workers
* Assign duties including land preparation, planting, weeding, fertilizer application, and harvesting
* Prepare detailed daily reports covering worker attendance, tasks completed, crop conditions, and operational challenges
* Maintain inventory and proper storage of farm tools, machinery, and equipment
* Coordinate necessary repairs and ensure equipment is properly maintained
* Monitor the growth and health of plantain, sweet potato, and cassava crops
* Conduct field inspections to identify pests, diseases, and irrigation needs
* Ensure farm workers follow health and safety protocols and use tools properly
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
