Location: Marudi, Sarawak

About Us

Egrow Crop Sdn. Bhd. is a growing pineapple plantation company involved in pineapple cultivation, farm management, and agricultural development. We are looking for a responsible and motivated Farm Coordinator Assistant to support our daily farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in daily farm operations.
• Supervise and monitor farm workers' activities.
• Monitor crop growth and field conditions.
• Assist in planting, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting activities.
• Maintain farm records, reports, and inventory.
• Ensure farm equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
• Support farm planning and operational activities.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in pineapple plantation areas.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting).
• Experience in agriculture or farming is an advantage.
• Basic machinery operation knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
