Poultry Farm Worker (Full-Time)Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our poultry farm team. This is a full-time position averaging 35–45 hours per week, working 6 days per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is reliable, willing to assist where needed, and committed to maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Candle eggs to inspect quality and viability.
• Pack eggs and products into boxes for shipment.
• Assist with preparing and organizing loads for delivery.
• Help with general farm operations and daily tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure daily production goals are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed.
• Previous farm or agricultural experience is helpful but not required.
