What they need
A live- in Farm manager with 3-5 years of proven experience in Farm management especially in Plantain farming and other related farm produce.
- oversee the day to day operations of the plantain farm.
- Plan and supervise planting, weeding, pruning, fertilization, and harvesting.
- Monitor plant health and manage pests and diseases.
- Supervise farm workers, assign duties, and monitor productivity.
- Manage farm inputs, equipment, and other resources efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, expenses, production, and harvest.
- Ensure proper harvesting, handling, storage, and transportation of plantain.
- Monitor farm costs and implement measures to reduce wastage.
- Ensure farm safety, security, and proper maintenance of the farm.
- Prepare regular farm performance reports for management.
- Identify challenges and implement practical solutions to improve yield and profitability.
Location of the farm is in OkoyongVillage, Odukpani LGA, Cross River State
Food and Accomodation will be provided if Hired.
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
