- Manage farm operations, including crop planning, soil preparation, fertilization, pest management, and harvesting.
- Oversee plant health management through regular monitoring of crops and implementation of necessary measures.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience on a reasonably large farm with multi-cropping
- Used to intensive fieldwork and fully accountable for crop results
- Computer literate
- Good working knowledge of English and Hindi
- Willing to relocate
