Farm Manager (Jungle Haze)

About the Role:

Jungle Haze is a licensed craft cannabis farm on Koh Samui focused on high-quality cultivation, GACP standards, full traceability, and continuous improvement. The Farm Manager takes full day-to-day operational ownership, leads a team of 4, and ensures consistent quality from grow to package while following and improving SOPs under the Farm Owner’s guidance.

Working Day: Mon - Sat

Hours: 08:00–17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 staff for growing, trimming, packaging and daily operations.
• Oversee full cultivation cycle, environmental control, harvest, drying and packaging.
• Ensure complete farm traceability and accurate record-keeping from seed to final product.
• Execute supply orders, manage inventory and follow up with clients.
• Prepare and submit GACP reports; maintain full regulatory and quality compliance.
• Apply existing SOPs strictly and create/improve processes with Farm Owner approval.
• Train and coach the team; run meetings and maintain a professional workplace.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to the Farm Owner.

Requirements:

• Thai national with fluent Thai and good professional English.
• Experience in farm/operations, agriculture, horticulture or cannabis preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and take full operational ownership.
• Process-oriented, detail-focused, reliable and hands-on.
• Comfortable working 6 days/week on-site; basic computer skills for reporting. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Team leadership & productivity of the 4-person crew.
• Consistent grow / trim / package quality and target achievement.
• 100% accurate traceability and timely GACP reporting (zero major compliance issues).
• On-time supply order execution and effective client follow-up.
• SOP mastery + creation of at least one improved process; measurable efficiency gains.
• Accurate, timely reporting and clear communication with the Farm Owner.
