Program Overview

The Ready Now Program is designed to identify, develop, and prepare future farm professionals through immersive training in the poultry industry. It provides structured learning sessions, hands-on exposure in farm operations, and continuous mentorship from experienced industry practitioners.

Through a combination of academic learning and real farm experience, the program builds future professionals who are capable of leading, improving, and sustaining efficient and productive poultry farm operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Animal Science, Crop Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or related courses
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Willing to work in farm based environments and live onsite
• Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon with stay-in arrangement
• Strong interest in poultry production and farm operations
• Eager to learn, adapt, and undergo structured training
• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills
