As a key member of our team, you will transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products while supporting our farming operations throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate semi-trucks and trailers to transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required documentation
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently
• Assist with routine truck and trailer maintenance and identify mechanical concerns
• Support farm operations during busy seasons, including equipment movement and other farm-related duties
• Follow transportation regulations and company safety procedures
• Represent Monette Farms professionally when interacting with customers, suppliers, and the public

• Valid Class 1A Driver’s Licence
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Experience operating semi-trucks; agricultural hauling experience is an asset
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic maintenance issues
• Strong commitment to safe driving and equipment operation
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours during peak farming seasons
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, dependable, and willing to help wherever needed
