What they need
- Responsible for the overall management of his assigned coverage and distributor to ensure attainment of target volumes
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Supervise distributor’s daily activities and priorities
- Execute sales strategies
- Craft programs specific to farm accounts
- Conduct farm trials and benchmarking in collaboration with R&D and Marketing
- Goal setting and priorities of distributor sales personnel (Distributor
- Salesman (DS) and Distributor Technician (DT)
- Hit sales target volume
- Conduct weekly coordination meeting with distributor personnel
- Monitoring of volume,
- forecast accuracy and penetration level
- Monitor farm accounts
- Weekly submission of workplan, itinerary and weekly highlights
