We are seeking hardworking and physically fit Farm Workers to support the day-to-day operations of our farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with land preparation, planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Apply fertilisers and other farm inputs as instructed.
- Assist with watering and irrigation activities.
- Support pest and disease control activities under supervision.
- Handle and care for farm tools and equipment.
- Assist with sorting, cleaning, packaging, and movement of farm produce.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the farm.
- Follow instructions from the Field Supervisor and Agronomist.
- Carry out other farm-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous farm work experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual farm work.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Hardworking, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
