About the role

Pharmacy position at a beauty clinic responsible for managing pharmaceuticals, medical materials, medical devices, and pharmacy clinic requirements in accordance with clinic SOPs and pharmaceutical regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, dispensing, and recording of medicines
• Check medicine names, quantities, dosages, formulations, packaging conditions, batch numbers, and expiration dates
• Implement FIFO/FEFO storage systems as needed
• Conduct stock inventory and ensure alignment between physical stock and records
• Dispense or use medicines only according to proper procedures and instructions
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and organization of medicine storage areas
• Document all pharmacy activities completely and accurately
• Report immediately any stock discrepancies, damaged medicines, expired medicines, or other inconsistencies to the responsible person
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and clinic information
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and all clinic team members

About you

• Minimum D3 Pharmacy or S1 Pharmacy education
• Active STR and competency/licensing documents in accordance with applicable regulations
• Experience in beauty clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, or healthcare facilities (valued)
• Thorough and detail-oriented in medicine receipt, storage, dispensing, and recording
• Disciplined, meticulous, responsible, honest, communicative, and possessing good work ethics
• Willing to attend briefings, evaluations, training, and SOP updates established by the clinic
