Fashion Designer

Position Purpose

• Responsible for designing and developing fashion collections that align with the brand identity of Twotwice. This role researches fashion trends, translates creative concepts into commercially viable products, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure each collection is launched successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Design apparel and fashion products in line with the brand direction and seasonal collections.
• Create innovative design ideas that reflect Twotwice's signature silhouette, details, and material identity.
• Develop designs from initial concept through final design.
• Prepare sketches, technical drawings, and production specifications.
• Select fabrics, colors, trims, and materials that align with each collection concept.
• Follow up on sample development and collaborate with the production team on revisions.
• Create mood boards, concept boards, and seasonal color palettes.
• Research fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitors to support product development.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure artwork and packaging are consistent with the collection.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to prepare product information and campaign launch materials.
• Support lookbook photoshoots and styling preparation when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer or Product Designer.
• Fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio and strong design vision are welcome to apply.
• Open to feedback and able to revise designs efficiently.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
