Cre8iveSkill Apparels Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Fashion Merchandiser to join our team in Nagpur. As an embroidery-focused company, we are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in embroidery, embroidery techniques, and surface ornamentation, along with a good understanding of apparel merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, design, production, and vendors.
• Handle product development, sampling, fabrics, trims, measurements, and specifications.
• Coordinate costing, quotations, and TA plans.
• Follow up on sampling, embroidery development, materials, production, quality, and dispatch.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain merchandising reports, order sheets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with embroidery and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately.
• Understand and coordinate products involving embroidery, embellishments, and surface ornamentation.

What WeRe Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising / Apparel / Textile
• Strong interest and understanding of embroidery and surface ornamentation
• Good knowledge of fabrics, garments, trims, and production processes
• Understanding of embroidery development, sampling, and production will be preferred
• Understanding of costing, TA, sampling, and order execution
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, designers, and production teams.
