FASS Representative

JOB SUMMARY

 

Primarily responsible for providing effective service and administrative support to all Financial Advisors, by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures, to ensure proper compliance and to improve service delivery

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                       

1. Ensures proper completion of all new applications submitted – Life, General, Fidelity
2. Arranges client’s policy information requests and resolves client’s queries on behalf of the Financial Advisor.
3. Partners with the Financial Advisors to meet and exceed client’s service expectations
4. Partners with the Financial Advisors to meet and exceed the Branch production goals and objectives
5. Effectively manage all new life applications from submission to delivery

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Provides assistance to the Financial Advisor in preparing proposals for clients
2. Assists in projects that may be planned from time to time.
3. Prepares relevant reports as required by the Branch Manager
4. Handles telephone services on behalf of the Financial Advisors – client queries, relaying messages
5. Collects requests from Financial Advisors and ensures that all documents required for the processing of policy loans, surrenders, refunds, and dividends, maturities, all claims, are in compliance with the established procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Minimum 5 CSEC passes inclusive of Grade 1 or 2  in Mathematics and English A and

8 CAPE passes (full certificate) or an equivalent diploma or professional certificate

EXPERIENCE

At least one (1) year experience in Customer Service role

Ability to operate in a fast pace environment.
