Position: Fast Food & Chinese Cook

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of fast-food and Chinese dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare items such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli paneer, spring rolls, momos, soups, sandwiches, burgers, French fries, and other fast-food items.
• Maintain proper taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and other pre-cooking activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, cooking equipment, and work area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
• Manage cooking during busy hours and complete orders on time.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
• Follow company policies, recipes, and instructions from the kitchen supervisor/manager.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of fast-food and Chinese cooking.
• Ability to prepare multiple dishes efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Good speed and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a Fast Food/Chinese Cook is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Full-time kitchen position.
• Flexible working hours/shifts may be required.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness while working.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
