Duties

• Prepare food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety guidelines
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders, payments, and refunds
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards
• Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions and giving correct change
• Assist in food handling duties, including assembling orders and operating kitchen equipment safely
• Ensure food safety management practices are followed at all times to uphold health standards
• Support retail sales transactions by engaging with customers positively and efficiently
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for efficient order processing
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a high-pressure setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that encourages repeat visits
• Strong math skills for cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and giving correct change
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality standards
• Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic understanding of food industry operations including serving customers and managing food orders
