Who We're Looking For – Experience is a HUGE plus, but we're looking for good people first.

We're all about potential and passion. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and love working with people, you're already a great fit. Here's what helps (but isn't required):

• Experience: A background in retail, food service, or restaurants is a bonus, but we'll teach you everything!
• Skills: Strong communication to build great relationships with managers and coworkers. Be a true team player who's collaborative and upbeat.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with cashier duties or food prep? Helpful, but not needed – we'll train you from scratch.
• Education: Pursuing or holding a high school diploma/GED is great; any college, trade school, or associate degree experience is a plus – but none are mandatory.
• Physical Abilities: Comfortable standing for your shift, with frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and handling ingredients, with or without reasonable accommodation. Hand washing is key to our fresh standards!
