Position Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven individual to join our kiosk team at Northstar. As a Mall Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Exotix Frames—helping customers find their perfect look, maintaining a high-energy atmosphere, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and style recommendations for frames and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Maintain kiosk appearance—ensure displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns with care
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
• Follow company policies on cash handling, discounts, and promotions

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or mall sales experience preferred (eyewear experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and confident in approaching customers
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $22.00 per hour
