FAT Associate Consultant

About the role

As a Associate FAT Consultant, you will play an important role in providing comprehensive and strategic tax consultation to clients, ensuring optimal tax compliance, and providing insights to improve efficiency and profitability of their business. This position requires strong technical expertise in taxation, supported by good communication abilities and consulting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and strategic tax consultation to clients, including planning, compliance, and tax optimization
• Analyze clients' financial and tax situations, identify tax savings opportunities, and provide appropriate recommendations
• Ensure client compliance with applicable tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated solutions in financial and tax consulting
• Maintain good relationships with clients, providing excellent support and service
• Continuously develop knowledge and expertise in taxation

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• Certification in taxation, such as Tax Consultant or Certified Tax Consultant, is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a tax consultant or in taxation at a company or public accounting firm
• Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and related regulations
• Strong analytical skills, with critical thinking to identify problems and provide effective solutions
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team, demonstrating effective collaboration with colleagues
• Knowledge of relevant accounting and tax technology and software
