FAT Manager

Work location : Central Park, West Jakarta

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Job Responsibilities:

Payment & Treasury

1. Submit payment applications on internal system (OA)

2. Check, review & approve payment requests on internal system (OA)

3. Send daily deposit report to HQ Finance every workday

4. Prepare import payments & statement letters

5. Prepare underlying documents for HQ or foreign currency payments

6. Negotiate exchange rate with bank treasury before purchasing USD

7. Bank reconciliation

Accounting & Financial Reporting

1. Review all system entries prepared by financial assistant

2. Input bank payments, closing & adjustment journals in accounting system (AOL)

3. Reconciliation between General Ledger and Tax Report

4. Monthly financial statements (Indonesia & China version)

5. Weekly revenue report for weekly meeting

Tax

1. Monthly income tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), VAT)

2. Corporate annual tax return

3. Lead tax refund (CIT) on PPh 22 FY2022

4. Cooperate with tax inspections and provide required documents

Audit & External Liaison

1. Liaise with auditors, bank officers & tax officers

2. Lead annual audit process

Inventory Management

• Monthly stock counting at warehouse with financial assistant

Account Receivable

• Prepare & submit collection letters to customers overdue more than 30 days

Financial System

• Lead data preparation (e.g., opening balance) for SAP migration from AOL

Team Management

• Supervise and train the financial assistant; allocate daily finance tasks
