FAT Manager

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager who can lead a team while remaining hands-on with Finance & Accounting work. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical candidate who is actively involved in improving the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review daily transaction journals
• Manage AP, AR, Inventory, Tax, and Month-End Closing
• Perform reconciliation of Bank, AP, AR, Inventory, and related accounts
• Review HPP/COGS, production costing, and stock
• Ensure transactions and supporting documents are accurately recorded
• Oversee VAT, PPh 23, tax invoices, withholding certificates, and Coretax
• Prepare data for audit, tax consultants, and Management
• Analyze and resolve transaction discrepancies
• Lead and review Finance & Accounting team work
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, Production, and PPIC departments

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Minimum 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience
• Minimum 2 years as Senior Accounting, Supervisor, or Manager
• Experienced in processing journals and daily accounting work directly
• Proficient in AP, AR, Inventory, Tax, and Month-End Closing
• Understanding of Manufacturing Accounting, HPP/COGS, costing, and inventory
• Understanding of VAT, PPh 23, tax invoices, withholding certificates, and Coretax
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented with integrity
• Tax Certificate A & B
