ZUMA is a premium Indonesian sandal brand made from 100% natural rubber, with 50+ stores across Java, Bali, Lombok, NTT, Sumatra, and Sulawesi, plus a strong presence on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. As we scale, we're strengthening the finance function at the core of the business.

🎯 The Role

You will own ZUMA's Finance, Accounting & Tax function. Your job is to make sure our numbers are on time, valid, and useful, and to build the team and systems that keep them that way as we grow.

This role requires proven hands-on experience running full accounting cycles in Accurate. Candidates without Accurate experience will not be considered.

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Timely & Accurate Reporting

Lead month-end and year-end closing, general ledger, and reconciliations

Deliver monthly financial statements and management reports on a fixed closing schedule

Reconcile store (POS), marketplace, and bank transactions across multiple entities

Manage inventory accounting across stores, warehouse, and online channels (stock valuation, COGS, shrinkage)

Own all tax compliance: PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25/29, PPN, SPT Tahunan, filing through Coretax, and tax audits

2. Cost Control

Monitor operating costs by store, channel, and entity, and flag overruns early

Run budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actual variance analysis

Enforce spending approval workflows and internal controls

Give leadership clear recommendations on where to cut, hold, or invest

3. FAT System Development

Serve as the in-house Accurate expert and optimize its setup, workflows, and reporting

Build and document SOPs for the full FAT cycle

Drive automation and better data integration between finance and operations

4. Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop the finance, accounting, and tax team

Set clear roles, targets, and review rhythms for the team

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks

✅ Requirements

Mandatory: minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Accurate (Accurate Online / Accurate 5) as the main accounting system, including:

– Running month-end and year-end closing in Accurate

– Setting up chart of accounts, inventory, and multi-branch/multi-warehouse data

– Generating financial and tax reports from Accurate

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting & tax, including managerial experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation

Strong Indonesian tax knowledge; Brevet A & B preferred

Proven track record of on-time closing and clean reporting

Able to explain numbers clearly to non-finance leaders

High integrity, detail-oriented, strong ownership
