FAT Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or equivalent position
• Proven ability to prepare financial reports, analyze cash flow, and manage budgeting and financial forecasting
• Solid understanding of tax regulations and applicable accounting standards in Indonesia
• Experienced in working with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies
• Proficient in accounting software such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar systems, as well as Microsoft Excel (including financial functions and data analysis)
• Physically and mentally fit, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrates high professional ethics in maintaining financial transparency and accountability
