FBVS Quality Engineer

Job Description FBVS Quality

Role Objective-To ensure quality compliance of bus body manufacturing by monitoring processes, identifying and rectifying defects, and coordinating with bus body vendors to meet company quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities-

• Monitor and control bus body manufacturing processes at vendor and/or plant locations.

• Responsible for inspection, clearance of Vehicles at plant, Aggregates at suppliers.

• Work with suppliers and plant stakeholders to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.

• Identify, analyze, and rectify bus body related defects

• Monitoring of Quality gates at different stages and working towards zero defects line

• Responsible for inspection of incoming parts, In house parts- stage wise.

• Assure all manufacturing processes comply with PFD, Control plans and approved PPAP process.

Required Qualifications-

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in bus body & manufacturing quality, supplier quality.

• Diploma & BE in Automobile Engineering

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of bus body manufacturing processes

• Hands-on experience in defect identification, analysis, and rectification.

• Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC Tools)
