- 负责FCBGA植球设备的日常维护与故障排除
- 优化植球工艺参数，提升良品率
- 编制设备SOP文件并培训操作人员 4.主导新设备导入及验收测试，确保设备UPH 任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，机械/电子/自动化相关专业
2.3年以上半导体封装设备维护经验，熟悉BGA植球工艺
- 精通ASM/KS设备操作及编程，具备TPM管理能力
- 具备FA分析及DOE实验设计经验
