FCC Officer / MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor overall factory costs against budget, standards, and previous periods.
• Analyze material, packaging, labor, utility, maintenance, and factory overhead costs.
• Monitor production yield, wastage, rework, rejection, and consumption variances.
• Prepare and review product-wise and batch-wise manufacturing costs.
• Monitor standard vs. actual cost and identify major cost variances.
• Control and analyze inventory, stock variances, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Prepare monthly factory cost reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Stores, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify and reduce costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper cost allocation, accounting, documentation, and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, audits, and management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Cost Accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel, ERP, costing, and variance-analysis skills.
• Experience in food/FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
• 38 years of experience in factory costing, cost control, or manufacturing finance.
