FCL/LCL Allocator & Customer Service Operator

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Previous experience in FCL/LCL transport, freight forwarding, logistics or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of container transport and the import/export process.
• Experience allocating trucks, drivers or transport jobs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A professional and positive attitude.
