Project Overview

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Independent Consultant with Financial Due Diligence experience to support an upcoming project in Thailand.

The project is focused on the Financial Due Diligence of a company in the Education sector, with the consultant supporting financial analysis, review of historical financial performance, identification of key financial risks and transaction-related findings.

The duration is approximately 6–7 weeks, with a full-time commitment required. The project is expected to start in early October 2026.

Key Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence
• Strong experience in financial analysis, review of financial statements and quality of earnings
• Experience with transaction-related financial analysis and identification of key financial risks
• Background in Big Four Transaction Services / Deals / Financial Due Diligence preferred
• Ability to independently conduct financial analysis and develop transaction-related insights
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage with client and target company stakeholders
• Thai language skills are preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Industry Experience

• Experience in the Education sector is preferred and particularly relevant for this project.
• Candidates with broader Financial Due Diligence experience across other sectors will also be considered.

Engagement Details

• The client is looking for a consultant who can support the project on a full-time basis for approximately 6–7 weeks.
• Location: Thailand
• Expected start date: Early October 2026
• Expected engagement period: Approximately 6–7 weeks
• Working model: Primarily remote, with some onsite presence in Thailand preferred
• Commitment: Full-time
• Language: English required; Thai preferred
