Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications and AI-powered solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and application components.
• Develop solutions using Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
• Implement AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities, including Large Language Models (LLMs), where applicable.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Follow software development best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
• Support production deployment, continuous improvement, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in software engineering and application development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or automation solutions is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and manage technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
