[Hiring] Forward Deployed Engineer (Generative AI) | Leading AI Tech Startup / Fully Remote / High Impact

We are a rapidly growing AI startup on a mission to reinvent the mechanism of value creation by leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM technologies. Unlike companies that only fine-tune overseas models, we design and build our own domestic LLMs from scratch, achieving top-class performance optimized for the Japanese business domain. Our goal is to support Japan's industrial competitiveness as a company that creates AI itself. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the implementation of our high-precision RAG-based AI platform for major enterprise clients.

■ Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background, you will lead or collaborate on:

• Technical Consulting: Participate from the project proposal phase to assess technical validity, design architectures, and formulate roadmaps.

• Project Leadership: Act as a technical PM by defining required technical resources, understanding system constraints, and leading both internal engineers and customer interactions.

• End-to-End Implementation: Bridge the gap between customer business requirements and technical feasibility, guiding projects from PoC to production and feeding insights back to product improvement.

■ Who We're Looking For

• Experience in system development, including design and implementation in SIer or contracted projects.

• Deep technical knowledge with the ability to independently investigate, verify, and implement solutions for unprecedented challenges.

• Strong capability to read architecture diagrams, understand system constraints, and define necessary system configurations.

• A unique blend of consulting skills to solve business issues on-site and engineering skills to handle prototype development and implementation.

• Fluent Japanese proficiency.

■ 主な業務内容

ご経験に応じて、以下の業務を連携して推進いただきます。

・技術コンサルティング・提案支援: プロジェクト提案フェーズから参画し、技術的な妥当性の判断やロードマップの策定を実施します。

・テクニカルPMとしての推進: 顧客の技術要件とシステム要件の実現可能性を判断し、必要なエンジニアリソースを定義しながら技術面からプロジェクトをリードします。

・エンドツーエンドの伴走: アーキテクチャの読解から要件定義、実装・運用を主導し、得られた知見を自社プロダクトの改善へとフィードバックします。

・SIerまたは受託開発プロジェクトにおいて、自ら設計・実装を行ったシステム開発経験がある方。

・未知の技術的課題に対して自ら調査・検証・実装を行い、実現性を判断できる深いシステム知識をお持ちの方。

・アーキテクチャ図を読解し、システム的制約を理解した上で必要な構成や実装方針を検討できる方。

・顧客の現場に入り込むコンサルティングスキルと、プロトタイプ開発を担えるエンジニアリングスキルを統合できる方。

・流暢な日本語能力をお持ちの方。
