AVE 2.0 is looking for a professional, confident, and customer-oriented Frontend Executive to manage initial customer interactions, handle incoming inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Communicate with customers clearly, politely, and confidently.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer concerns.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and communication standards.
• Meet assigned performance targets and maintain service quality.
• Ensure professional conduct and customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Frontend Executive, Customer Service, Call Center, or similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and/or other required languages.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and manage challenging situations.
• Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
